What happened? We experienced an issue with the https certificate on our APIs, which impacted some of our services on Sunday morning. All went back to normal on Sunday afternoon around 14:30.
Impacted services: - Import push API. - Order API calls. - Auto-accept were not performed and had to be retried (done).
What do you need to do? Please verify all status change requests (Ship / Cancel / Refund) sent on Sunday morning, as they might have to be relaunched. We apologize for the inconvenience.
